If your situation changes for any reason, and you find that you need to cancel your registration, you may cancel at any time.  We offer full refunds up to 10 days prior to departure.  If paying by credit card, we are unable to refund the amount directly to your card and will need to send a refund check for the amount paid minus the 3% service charge that the credit card companies charge us for processing the payment.
